Pomelo Salad - ยำส้มโอ (Yum-Som-O)

Flavor : sour- sweet- salty 
Serve : 3 - 4 persons 
Duration : 10 minutes 
Tips : Normally serve with betel leaves but you can use any salad leaves.

Ingredients:
1 pomelo - separate 
5 - 7 chilies- chopped 
1/2 tbsp - sugar 
2 tbsp - fish sauce 
3 - 4 shallots - sliced 
6 - 8 betel leaves 
8 - 10 dried shrimps

Mix all the ingredients together then add the pomelo and serve with betel leaves.
