SPRING ROLLS - ปอเปี๊ยะทอด ( Por Pia Tod )

Flavor : crispy - texture from the filling
Serve : 1-3 persons
Duration : 15 - 20 mins
Tip : You can use a whole banana, mashed potatoes or any filling you like.
         For the sauce , use sweet chili sauce or plum sauce.
Seasoning
2 tbs cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp fiish sauce 3 tsp oyster sauce
1 cup water

Ingredients
2-3 pieces garlic – chopped
1 piece minced tofu
2 stalks chive – cut into 1 inch length
100 g bean sprouts
50 g minced chicken
100 g glass noodles
2-3 cups cooking oil for deep frying

Preparation
1. Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken and tofu. Cook about 1 minute.
2. Add sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce mix together and turn the heat on high. Then add noodles and         immediately add little water.
3. Add bean sprouts and chive, cook in few second.
4. Divide into portion that suit easy wrapping.
5. Deep fry until look light brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce or plum sauce.
