PAPAYA SALAD ส้มตำ ( Som Tum )

Flavor : spicy - sour - salty and sweet
Serve : 1 -2 persons
Duration : 10 mins
Tips : You can use any crunchy fruit and vegetables instead of green papaya such as cucumber, apple, pie apple etc.

Preparation
1. Pound chilies, long bean and garlic together until starting to break.
2. Add tomato, palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix together.
3. Add shredded papaya and mix. 4. Sprinkle roasted peanut on top.

  Ingredients
1-3 small chilies
long bean – cut in 1 inch length 2-3 pieces garlic
1/4 tomato sliced
1 tsp roasted peanuts
1 plate - shredded papaya

Seasoning
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
