Seasoning
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce 1 tbsp lime juice
Ingredients
1-3 chilies – chopped
1/4 onion – sliced
1/4 tomato – sliced long way
1 cup boiled minced chicken spring onion, coriander - chopped
Preparation
Boiled glass noodle ( boil for e few minutes then immediately soak in cold water)
You can use seafood or minced pork in stead of chicken.
Mix all ingredients and
all seasoning together. Serve on plate.
