RED CURRY PASTE ( Prik Gang Ped )
4 dried large red chili – soaked and chopped
1 tsp coriander seed
1 tbsp shallot
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp lemongrass
1 tsp galangal
1 tsp turmeric
20 g kaffir lime skin
20 g ging seng
1. Add chili and pound until it gets small.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and pound until the texture is smooth.
